Fourth grade students are learning about the Northeast Region of the United States in social studies. To demonstrate their learning, students created a digital comic strip that highlights life in this region using knowledge gained from their readings, population density maps, and classroom discussions.

MIS wrapped up Respect Week by signing the Special Olympics Pledge to Include, reinforcing the importance of respect, understanding, and inclusion for all. Students also supported LWSRA by purchasing stickers and fidgets during their lunch period. What a great week!
